We learn that a policewoman officiating for PolBru is in critical condition and that her life is in danger following an altercation in the cell complex of the RAC, the administrative center of the federal police which is located at rue Royale in Brussels . The facts would have occurred around 4:30 p.m.
The SMUR and an ambulance went to the scene. The policewoman was taken to Saint-Pierre hospital in serious condition. They would have taken blows on the head.
”I confirm that a colleague was beaten this followingnoon by a person who was taken to the cell complex. She was taken to hospital in serious condition. Contact has been made with the family. The head of the body goes to the hospital to welcome the family. Our Stress Team has also been called in to support colleagues. The investigation is ongoing”, said Ilse Van de keere, spokesperson for PolBru.
It was in this same complex that last January Sourour Abouda died.
