The federal police are looking for a young man who attacked and injured at least three people on the Ostend dike on the night of May 27 to 28, 2023. He was accompanied by a group of five young people and was also filmed in the company of a young woman, according to a wanted notice published on Sunday at the request of the West Flanders public prosecutor’s office.
The suspect is around 20 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, and has dark, shoulder-length, curly hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing dark denim pants, a gray Adidas sweater, a black jacket and black shoes.
Investigators are asking the group of five young people as well as the young woman to report to the police.
