Mianwali police along with Islamabad police raided the house of opposition leader in the National Assembly Umar Ayub, but Umar Ayub, who is wanted in the case of terrorism, might not be arrested as he was not at home.

Mianwali Police along with Islamabad Police raided the residence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf General Secretary Umar Ayub at F10.

As Umar Ayub was not present at home, the arrest might not be made, while the police wanted Umar Ayub in the case of terrorism.

It should be noted that the police wanted Umar Ayub in the anti-terrorism case, the Sargodha Anti-Terrorism Court issued a warrant for Umar Ayub.

In a message on social media, Umar Ayub claimed that the Anti-Terrorism Court of Sargodha has issued my warrant, Islamabad and Mianwali police have raided my house in the federal capital.

The PTI leader added that the federal government, Punjab government and agencies with Form 47 are very eager to arrest the leader of the opposition in the National Assembly.

The opposition leader further said that our struggle will continue until PTI founder Imran Khan becomes the prime minister.

Umar Ayub said that he will prove without doubt that there is no rule of law in Pakistan.

He further said that we will continue our legal struggle.

The leader of the opposition said that the government is suffering from so much panic, Shahbaz Sharif’s government and agencies are panicking over the Sargodha incident, the government is using such tactics to suppress the voice.

He said that if any opposition leader is to be arrested, the Speaker has to be informed.
