A number of members of the Satreskrim City Attack Police do a forced pickup once morest Nikita Mirzani by visiting the residence located in the Pesanggrahan area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (15/6).
However, the police stated that Nikita Mirzani is currently still reluctant to leave the house.
The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Kombes Shinto Silitonga, said that the forced pick-up was carried out as a follow-up to the case handled by the Serang City Police.
“Currently, the investigator from the Satreskrim Polresta Serang City is in front of NM’s residence to follow up on the police report whose status has been upgraded to investigation,” Shinto said in his statement.
However, Shinto has not explained what case ensnared Nikita so that an attempt was made to be forced to pick him up by the police.
Shinto only said that this forced effort was carried out because Nikita had been absent from the examination agenda several times.
“Forced efforts were made once morest NM because NM was absent on several official summons from investigators,” he said.
Shinto said, according to the rules in the criminal procedure law, the investigator came to Nikita’s residence and asked the person concerned to cooperate.
Nikita is also expected to join together with investigators from the Serang City Police Satreskrim for the examination process.
“Until now, NM is not ready to go out to meet with investigators, but investigators remain persuasive and urge NM to cooperate in the investigation,” said Shinto.
It is known that the arrival of the police officers was also immortalized by Nikita and he uploaded it to his personal Instagram account, @nikitamirzanimawardi_172.
