The Antioquia Police managed to capture several people in different operations carried out in the department.
These are the most notable captures:
In it JMC International Airport, A 48-year-old man was captured for the crime of omission by the withholding or collection agent. He was sentenced to 54 months in prison and the case was left at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office.
In a search and seizure procedure in The Sanctuary, an individual was captured in flagrante delicto for the crime of trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics. 23.4 grams of cocaine, 31.5 grams of bazooka, a cell phone, two accounting books, four bank transfer consignments and a sharp weapon were seized. The proceedings were left at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office 159 Sectional Life Unit of Medellín – Antioquia.
On the Medellín-Bogotá Highway, kilometer 18, “Altouch” sector, a man was captured for trafficking and manufacturing narcotics (article 376 CP). 555 grams of marijuana were seized. The case was left at the disposal of the Section 127 Prosecutor’s Office.
The National Police continues to work to guarantee security and public order in the department of Antioquia.
