Police officer Grégoire Bireau, Olympic medalist in the PR3 mixed coxed four para-rowing events
After Gatien Le Rousseau’s performance yesterday in para-cycling, police officer Grégoire Bireau brings back to the national police team a second Paralympic medal and a seventh medal at the 2024 Games. The young man from Libourne, a member of the French crew of the PR3 mixed coxed four with Margot Boulet, Rémi Taranto, Candyce Chafa and coxswain Émilie Acquistapace, finished in third place. A bronze medal won in a duel with the German boat. A great medal for the Ministry of the Interior and Overseas Territories, the team being composed of reserve police officer Grégoire Bireau, gendarme Margot Boulet, and Émilie Acquistapace, soon to be sub-prefect.
