Lieutenant General Al Marri inspected the Dubai Mall, which is part of the activities of the World Anti-Drug Day campaign, which will run until July 27 this year, in the presence of Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, and Major General Ali Al Shamali, Director of the General Department of Punitive and Correctional Institutions, Major General Saeed Hamad bin Sulaiman Al Malik, Director of Al Rashidiya Police Station, and Brigadier Eid Muhammad Thani Hareb, Director of the General Department for Narcotics Control.
Lieutenant-General Abdullah Al-Marri said: “The World Anti-Drug Day” is an important day to raise awareness of the dangers of narcotic poisons, and to stress the importance of concerted efforts locally and internationally among all police agencies to combat this dangerous scourge that contributes to the destruction of societies and families around the world.
