According to Brussels Capital/Ixelles police spokeswoman Sandra De Tandt, “Our teams were called to intervene on Saturday March 18, at 8:07 a.m., for a naked man who was on a scaffolding on rue Neuve. The man was ill and was taken to hospital to undergo a Nixon procedure.”
