The CTI of the Fiscalía, the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences and the National Police reported that they are carrying out the relevant investigations related to the death of the drummer Taylor Hawkins, from Foo Fighters, recorded on Friday night in Bogotá, where the American band was going to perform at the Picnic Stereo Festival.
“From the moment the Prosecutor’s Office learned of the death of foreign citizen Taylor Hawkins, drummer for the band Foo Fighters, who was staying at a hotel in the north of Bogotá, it stood out a team of prosecutors and investigators to attend to urgent acts and support investigation”, he told the Prosecutor’s Office through a trill on his Twitter account.
For its part, the Police lamented this event “which afflicts the world of music” and indicated that it has arranged “a special accompaniment” so that in the midst of the difficult circumstances that surround the members of the band, “they have the logistics guarantees what they need right now.”
