On Thursday July 6, 2023 between 6:45 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., an individual robbed an elderly person who was returning to his home in Oupeye.
The author is in his twenties. He is of slim build, has dark hair, a mustache and a thin beard. At the time, he was wearing blue jeans, a gray polo shirt, a blue hoodie with white stripes on the sleeves and black sneakers.
