(ha) In the early hours of the morning, detectives on behalf of the Frankfurt am Main public prosecutor’s office executed an arrest warrant from the Frankfurt am Main district court against a 17-year-old on suspicion of attempted murder and grievous bodily harm. The teenager from Frankfurt-Nied is now in custody.
On the afternoon of September 19, 2024, in Frankfurt-Nied, he is said to have injured a 23-year-old man with a stabbing tool while shopping for narcotics in such a way that he suffered life-threatening injuries.
After immediate, extensive investigations, the suspect, who has German and Algerian citizenship, was identified. His whereabouts were searched, evidence was seized and the suspect was arrested.
The teenager is also accused of trafficking cannabis.
