Pokémon GO: Events, Raids, shiny… Everything you need to know about the program for January 2024
In January, many events like New Year or the egg-phoric walk await you in Pokémon GO. Ultra-Chimera raids, featured hours with shiny Tarsal and shiny Eevee, events, Community Day… Here’s what you need to know about this program!

Niantic has published a press release to allow players of their mobile game Pokémon GO to discover the content that will be reserved for them during the month of January 2024.
On the program, you will find raids making their comebacks like the Ultra-Chimeres. We invite you to discover the list of events and the dates to note in your calendar for next month.
January Study Phase rewards in Pokémon GO
Lokhlass, Smogogo de Galar, M. Mime de Galar, Couafarel, Mucuscule and Bébécaille will be among the rewards.
- Duration : from Monday January 1, 2023 at 10 p.m. to Wednesday January 31 at 10 p.m.
Pokémon GO: All Raids in January 2024
The following Pokémon will be available in 5-star raids. Each rotation is at 10 a.m. (local time).
- Mouscoto: from January 1 to 10 (only in the Americas and Greenland)
- Cable: January 1 to 10 (Asia-Pacific only)
- Cancrelove: January 1 to 10 (only in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India)
- Boréas (Totemic Form): from January 10 to 17,
- Fulguris (Totemic Form): from January 17 to 24,
- Landorus (Totemic Form): from January 24 to 31,
You will also find Mega-Raids throughout the month of September. Here they are below.
- Méga-Pharamp: from January 1 to 10,
- Mega-Charmina: from January 10 to 24,
- Méga-Steelix: from January 24 to 31,
To finish, Sulfur Dark will appear in raids only on weekends in January.
Pokémon GO: Raid Hours January 2024
Like every month, there will also be Raid hours which will take place every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- January 3 : Mouscoto: from January 1 to 10 (only in the Americas and Greenland)
- January 3 : Cable: January 1 to 10 (Asia-Pacific only)
- January 3 : Cancrelove: January 1 to 10 (only in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India)
- January 10 : Boréas (Totemic Form): from January 10 to 17,

- January 24 : Landorus (Totemic Form): from January 24 to 31,
Featured Pokémon Hours in January 2024
Featured Pokémon time returns every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. during the month of September. You will find the following Pokémon and bonuses there.
- January 2: Morphéo with PX x2 upon capture,
- January 9 : Eevee with capture candy x2
- January 16 :Tarsal with transfer candies x2
- January 23 : Barloche with PX x2 in evolution
- January 30 : Trompignon with stardust x2 when captured
