Poké Day: the games to follow

Like a Pokemon Presentsthe Pokemon Day is an event organized by The Pokémon Company to announce different plans related to its games and applications. Each day of the week, a different project is in the spotlight and for which The Pokémon Company reveals its intentions. Poké Day started this week, kicked off in due form by The Pokémon Company’s official Twitter page:

Today is mobile gaming Pokémon Masters who is in the spotlight: Flora, the heroine of Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire, will be integrated from next week with Latias. Tomorrow it will be Pokémon Sword/Shield’s turn to take the stage. Wednesday for Pokémon Café Mix, Pokémon Unite on Thursday, P25 on Friday and finally Pokémon Go on Saturday with a special Poké Day broadcast on Sunday!

Poké Day: a big announcement for Arceus?

And for once, it is difficult to miss the absentees who are Pokemon Legends: Arceus and Pokémon Diamond/Pearl remakes. For the first, we can conceive that the recent release (January 28) constitutes an “excuse” not to release new content even if rumors regarding a DLC have appeared recently. Regarding Sparkling Pearl and Sparkling Diamondwe hope to have news on the compatibility with the Pokémon HOME, this functionality allowing to transfer these Pokémon from other cartridges.

Of less importance, several projects seem to be in progress at Pokémon which it seems judicious to recall the existence here. Just today, an employee confirmed that the development of Detective Pikachu 2 was still ongoing, while a live action series is in preparation at Netflix. Among the craziest projects, we can also expect to see a DLC for the safari game New Pokémon Snapeven announcements concerning the ninth generation of Pokémon whose future looks blurry from Pokémon Legends: Arceus. In any case, answer on Sunday during Poké Day.
