What is the structure of the debate?

Opening and presentation
At the beginning, each candidate has 1 minute free to introduce yourself.
Thematic debate
The candidates have 2 minutes to present, without interruptions, on each of the thematic axes established for the debate. In this block, also There will be 5 opportunities to request the “right of reply”.
The regulations issued by the National Electoral Chamber establish, regarding this right, that “If a candidate feels referred to by something that was said in the presentation of the 3 thematic axes, he or she will have up to 5 opportunities to request the right to reply.. The duration is 45 seconds.” The rule also details that “as long as one of the candidates is speaking, the “right to reply” can be requested, by activating a button with a light that only the requesting candidate can see and that informs the request to the control and to those designated by the candidates.” Next, according to the regulations, the moderators will give the time to the applicants, respecting the order of the requests.

What will the cross-question block be like?
This block of cross-debate questions gives the candidates the opportunity to exchange with each other. Each candidate will be able to ask 1 question to each of the participants. on particular aspects of the debate topics. The questions are individual, therefore the questions will be different and specific. They will have 15 seconds to ask the question and 45 seconds to give the answer. Everyone asks and everyone answers. The right to reply will not be allowed in this block.
What will the closing of the candidates be like?
In this space, candidates have one minute without interruptions to convey your message to the electorate, from their lecterns. The transmission will end at the end of this block, with the candidates from their locations.
