The Frenchman Paul Pogba did not suffer any complications as a result of the surgery he underwent in the knee, which puts him in a race once morest time to be ready to participate with the French national team in the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
And the British news agency “BA Media” reported that Pogba did not participate in any matches this season, following he sustained an injury during pre-season preparations and underwent surgery this week.
Pogba posted a video on social media, in which he said: “I’m fine, the operation went very well. We will recover and then come back.”
Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri had excluded Pogba from his calculations until the end of this year, while the French team is preparing to defend the World Cup title once morest Australia on November 22.
It was decided that Pogba would undergo surgery following he was forced to reduce the training session in preparation for the match between Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain, which will be held later in the day.
Allegri said: “Realistically, we will get Pogba back in January. The World Cup is not a problem. Juventus’ problem is that he will return in January.”
