Recently the Xiaomi brand presented the Redmi K70 series of smartphones in China. These models might be renamed for global marketing not as POCO F6 but rather as POCO X6. It seems that the Pro version will be announced in January 2024.
At the very beginning of December, the Chinese brand Xiaomi unveiled its range of Redmi K70 smartphones. This is only available for the local market, that is to say in China. However, we know that the manufacturer renames these smartphones for global marketing. This seems to be the case for the Redmi K70 series which, in all probability, might be renamed POCO X6 Pro. Xiaomi ainsi announced the Redmi K70e, Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro. According to the site xiaomiui.net, it seems that the official international launch of POCO X6 Pro is imminent. The site even suggests that it will be announced in January 2024.
What technical sheet for the POCO X6 Pro?
Still according to the same source, the POCO X6 Pro 5G would benefit from a chipset MediaTek Dimensity 8300. This would allow it to offer extremely high performance, which is the hallmark of the POCO range with a very good quality/price ratio. The smartphone would be animated by the system Android 14 with HyperOS interface developed by Xiaomi.
According to another source, the phone will have been seen in an FCC certification list revealing the possibility of two configurations. The first would propose 8 GB of RAM with 256 GB of storage and the other benefiting from 12 GB of RAM with 512 GB of internal memory. The report also establishes that the mobile might support charging at 67 watts.
In addition, if the POCO X6 Pro 5G is indeed the same version as the Redmi K70e, it might have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1800 cd/m². It would also have a 64 megapixel main camera optically stabilized with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, the device would offer a 16 megapixel sensor on the front. Finally, its battery would have a capacity of 5500 mAh.
All this information should be taken with a grain of salt given that the brand has absolutely not confirmed the renaming or launch date of the device in question.
