On Saturday in Warsaw, the Civic Coalition inaugurated the electoral campaign before the local government elections. The following spoke: Prime Minister, head of PO Donald Tusk and the mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, who is running for re-election.
– Warsaw does not forgive anyone who tries to build their political career in Warsaw – it will never succeed, said Trzaskowski, referring to the PiS candidate for the local elections, Tobiasz Bocheński, who comes from Łódź.
Bocheński: Tusk like a pastor, Trzaskowski like a colonel
Bocheński, former voivode of Masovia, did not leave these words unanswered.
“The political convention of the Civic Coalition in Warsaw is behind us. First, there was a long sermon by Pastor Tusk regarding good and evil, and then Colonel Trzaskowski encouraged everyone to fight. Prime Minister Tusk came to the conclusion that all Poles who do not support KO are evil forces. What author , like ‘The Lord of the Rings’. President Trzaskowski was clearly thriving because he was at a party and political rally, not at a meeting with the inhabitants of Warsaw,” said the PiS politician.
“We learned that PiS is a bigger plague than the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. Btw. you have to be quite detached from reality to say something like that. President Trzaskowski, describing what he considers his achievements, probably really believes that he rebuilt Warsaw following Hanna Gronkiewicz – Waltz. I agree with Mr. Trzaskowski on one thing: these elections are regarding giving power to the people of Warsaw. Have a nice Saturday followingnoon! :)” – this is how Tobiasz Bocheński ended his entry.
Local elections will be held on April 7 and 21. Poles will choose, among others: commune heads, mayors and city presidents. The most prestigious competition will take place in the country’s capital.
The candidates in Warsaw are: current president Rafał Trzaskowski (Civic Coalition), Rafał Bocheński (Law and Justice) and Magdalena Biejat (Left Wing). It is speculated that Przemysław Wipler will be the Confederation’s candidate.
