Not reviewed for more than a year and more precisely on September 24, 2021, HEROIC DELO (406) will make its comeback race in the Intermarché Carentan prices, Sunday, in Graignes (R-5). His trainer Jean-Luc Lerebourg tell us regarding it (By Stephane Davy)
“She had a health problem, nothing bad. She took care of her and put her to rest. I took my time with her. had to go through a requalification session last Wednesday. That day, she walked 1’15 “and fractions, over 2,000 meters. This outing was profitable for her. Sunday, the lack of competition may be felt but she has the ground. Courage is not one of her main qualities. It is therefore preferable to hide the effort from her. The autostart does not bother her. I hope her driver can give her a good start and then to be “taken away” to shelter. In this batch, I would not be surprised if she were to show off. She has the level of a race of this kind. I am especially wary of the resident of Cedric Mégissier, HALTEA DU BELLAY. The mare then has a good program ahead.”
He adds : “JOCONDE DELO was put to rest. DELO ICONS is a pure right-hander and a tracker. You have to hide the effort from him, and make it finish on the others. She should perform soon in Angers.”
