PlayStation Plus game news: “Free” PS5 and PS4 games for December 2023

As tradition dictates: Sony unveils at the end of the month the next games to be delivered to PlayStation Plus subscribers for the following month. For December 2023, three titles are thus concerned: here they are straight away.
Sony has been sticking to its tradition for PlayStation Plus for many years: each month, all subscribers can get their hands on a handful of games that are added to their collection. Players can keep them indefinitely on one condition: remain subscribed to the service, otherwise their access will be blocked. The fact remains that after all this time, millions of people have been able to considerably expand their game library at no additional cost, many subscribing primarily to play online or take advantage of the storage of saves in the cloud!
In short, for the month of December, the Japanese manufacturer has just lifted the veil on the three games which will be “given” on Tuesday, December 5 to PS Plus Essential, Extra and Premium subscribers, until Monday, January 1, 2024. Here they are :
LEGO 2K Drive: a fun and crazy racing game
Released just last May, LEGO 2K Drive is a very recent arcade racing game that already has a nice reputation. The context is therefore anchored in the world of LEGO, namely here Brilandia: you can race anywhere and all the time solo or online, it is possible to build your own cars brick by brick with real freedom and eccentricity and ride on asphalt, dirt or even water. The opportunity also to cross a bunch of different biomes and immerse yourself in a good-natured Story mode: in short, an experience that focuses above all on fun… and that doesn’t hurt anyone.
PowerWash Simulator, where cleanliness is relaxing
There is no shortage of wacky simulations in the video game landscape and PowerWash SImulator is proudly one of them: it is therefore a game… of cleaning. More concretely, we play a cleaner with a subjective view who, armed with his high-pressure cleaner, goes to restore their former appearance to a whole bunch of decorations and objects. We will even have to improve our cleaning business, unlock new accessories and venture into ever more complex and dirtier settings. It’s special, yes, but above all it’s strangely relaxing, in addition to being playable alone as well as in cooperation.
Sand, where adventure at its peak
Released in 2021, Sable is a game that has already been talked about extensively: iIt must be said that its artistic direction, directly inspired by Mœbius comics, leaves no one indifferent while offering an eye-catching desert adventure, on an enigmatic planet. A pure adventure and exploration game with real charm – it has its flaws too – but whose inclusion in PS Plus this month is really worth highlighting; Who knows, maybe this title from Shedworks Interactive will catch your eye.
