Despite Sony’s announcements which follow one another, with, initially, the presentation of the controllersand more recently the helmet itself, PSVR 2 could be delayed to 2023.

Especially since the shortage problems experienced by the PlayStation 5 since its launch in November 2020 have still not been resolved.. And since the headset will only be compatible with the PlayStation 5, it wouldn’t make sense to have enough headsets on the shelves but not consoles.
