Sony sent shipping containers to the US with mysterious development kits that might be devkits PlayStation 5 Pro.
Earlier this week, a reputable insider Tom Henderson said that Sony is working on PS5 Pro and is regarding to release a more powerful current generation console at the end of 2024. The company’s latest transportation report may indirectly confirm these plans.
According to Sony Interactive Entertainment’s shipping documentation, in early February YOU Japan sent a large cargo to its branch YOU America in San Mateo, California, which consists of 240 cartons weighing 2609 kg and is described as “interactive entertainment software development kits”. This is the third batch of devkits delivered by Sony to the American tech division since last August.
