All the Caroní pumps will receive dispatch from PDVSA.

Vehicles whose license plates end in 3 and 4 will be able to refuel in Bolívar state this Saturday, December 10.

This was announced by Zodi Bolívar in a press release this Friday night.

In Angostura del Orinoco Palma Sola and Los Loros will not have an office. While it is maintained that the dollarized ones have no restrictions and any plate can fill its tank.

In Caroní and Piar all the pumps will receive dispatch in Petróleos de Venezuela.
