Located rue Léopold in Herve, the Plateau sandwich shop has been managed by Nadège Lognoul and her mother, Béatrice, for 8 years. All in a very friendly and nice little setting with many preparations offered throughout these years.

Having myself received a professional opportunity that I could not refuse, we must announce that the sandwich shop will close its doors at the end of this year at the end of December 2023,” we can read on social networks. “It is unfortunately impossible to keep the business going given the time it requires of us. »

Towards a recovery?
Although Béatrice and Nadège will no longer be in charge of the Plateau sandwich shop in a few months, mother and daughter hope that it will continue to operate. “We are working on a potential takeover of our small establishment because this obviously makes us feel very sad. We would like it to continue despite our departure. We wanted to thank you very much for your loyalty, your support and your sympathy over all these years. We hope that you will keep good memories of our sandwich shop and the two funny ladies who work there. »

As a reminder, Nadège Lognoul had a big rant in April 2020, in the middle of Covid, because she was told that she would not benefit from the bonus of 5,000 euros from the Walloon government allocated to the category of horeca establishments because sandwich shops were not part of it. This rant caused a lot of reaction and Minister Willy Borsus finally reversed his decision by granting the bonus of 5,000 euros to sandwich shops.
