The relief agencies found the plane that had disappeared since last May 1 in the jungle area of San José del Guaviare. Inside the crashed aircraft they found the body of one of the occupants, the search continues to find the whereregardings of six people.
The aircraft was found on Tuesday morning in the path Palma Rosa, rural area of the municipality of Solano (Caquetá). In images provided by Aerocivil it is observed that the plane plummeted and became entangled in the jungle.

Rescue agencies searched for the aircraft and its seven occupants for 370 hours. The body of one of them was found inside the plane, the whereregardings of the others are still unknown.
“Wilson”, one of the rescue dogs, found on the followingnoon of May 15 the pink bottle of one of the children who was part of the passengers of the HK 2803 plane. An 11-month-old boy was traveling on the plane.
“According to the information provided by the Unified Command Post, one of the seven occupants was found lifeless inside the aircraft.. The other six occupants, including four minors, were not found inside the aircraft or in its surroundings.” was the report of the Civil Aeronautics.

The plane was covering the Araracuara-San Jose del Guaviare route when it presented an engine failure, this led the pilot to declare an emergency.
With the discovery of this Tuesday, the search will continue in the jungle area with uniformed personnel from the Military Forces, the Colombian Air Force, the SAR Search and Rescue Service of Aerocivil, the Civil Defense, the National Fire Department, the Colombian Red Cross and members of the National Organization of the Indigenous Peoples of the Colombian Amazon (OPIAC).
