Hey, guys! All good? Who here loves pizza? I’m in love with this Italian delight and today I’m going to share some tips and techniques amazing things regarding pizza and how to make it the best way possible.

First, the choice of massa it is fundamental. You can opt for a thin and crispy dough or a thick and soft dough, it all depends on your taste. I love thin crust, but don’t be afraid to experiment with different types!

Now, let’s talk regarding coverage. Here is where you can get creative and choose what you like best. I’m a fan of a margherita pizza, but I also love a pepperoni pizza. The important thing is to choose fresh and quality ingredients, this will make all the difference in the final flavor.

An important technique is heat the oven as hot as possible before placing the pizza. This will help make the dough crispy and golden. Also, if you have a pizza stone, use it! It will help keep the temperature even and ensure a perfect pizza.

And last but not least, don’t forget to add some grated cheese to the dough before adding the topping. This will help keep the pizza moist and make it taste even better.
