The German Facility Management Association – as the most important industry association in the German-speaking region – together with Lünendonk & Hossenfelder, publishes a trend report on the subject of Computer-Aided-Facility Management (CAFM for short) every two years. The “CAFM/ IWMS Trend Report 2023” provides an overview of the most important software solutions and providers for real estate operations and the associated facility management processes. According to the trend report, the pit-cup leads the awareness benchmark in 2023 and is therefore the most well-known CAFM provider in the DACH region!
