(Alliance News) – Piquadro Spa announced on Monday that it purchased 8,791 of its own ordinary shares between March 20 and March 24.
The shares were acquired at an average price of 1.7453 euros per share, for a total value of 15,342.65 euros.
To date, the company holds approximately 1.9 million treasury shares, or 3.9% of its share capital.
On Monday, Piquadro shares were up 1.4% to EUR 1.80 per share.
