A couple of entrepreneurs, Séverine Laugel and Sébastien Fagot chose Pinsac to set up the headquarters of their company Presta Service. The choice of Pinsac is not entirely random, Sébastien’s mother has lived here for years; and the couple wanted to live and work in the heart of these magnificent landscapes of Quercy. Sébastien Fagot answered our questions.
What is Presta Service?
It is a catering activity with all the turnkey services offered according to the needs of the clientele. We are able to provide dishes, furniture, sound and lighting, decorations, musical entertainment, marquee rental, etc. Presta Service is also the catering part with plated meals, cocktail dinners, buffets, setting up a team of waiters. We offer tailor-made events by calling on our network of partners selected for their reliability and professionalism.
Do you have extensive experience in catering and events?
I have worked as a waiter, head waiter, bartender, hotel manager. Presta Service was created in 2015, we worked a lot in Carcassonne, particularly with the rugby club and the festival; we also organized events in Alsace for several years.
We would like to continue this experience here, in this Lot region renowned for its quality of life and the warmth of its welcome.
