The “Pink Supercar” familiar to Chinese people will drive south to Yunlin and Beigang to enter Hong Kong next Friday, May 20. During the 8 days and 7 nights, the believers will follow Mazu and cross the four counties and cities of Yunlin, Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, back and forth. 400 kilometers, challenging the believers’ own physical strength and endurance.
Chen Chunfa, director general of Baishatun Gongtian Temple, said, “As of last year, there were nearly 80,000 people. So far this year, there are still four days left, and now 85,500 people have signed up.”
Under the situation that the epidemic situation is more severe than last year, the registration of believers is more active than last year, which surprised the temple officials. The surrounding blessing goods have become popular, and there are railway bicycle manufacturers who have cooperated with well-known snack companies to launch joint products. You Zhiyong, chairman of the Railway Bicycle Company, said, “On May 20, we authorized Gongtiangong to donate 5,000 packets of incense to all the guests to pray for blessings during the epidemic.”

Chen Chunfa, director general of Baishatun Gongtian Temple, said, “We also have an epidemic prevention unit in the back section, that is, we have to disinfect all those who have left traces.”
This time, the incense offering activities in Baisha Village declined to climb the foot of the sedan chair and offer flowers. The tour bus also stopped taking free rides to the outside world, and the residents along the way did not borrow toilets. The believers should be psychologically prepared.
