Bought just last year
Pink wants to get rid of her Malibu mansion
Pop star Pink and husband Carey Hart are selling their Malibu mansion for less than planned. Interested parties started looking for you shortly following they had bought the property. But the beach house seemed to be too expensive at first.
They start the second attempt: Pink (42) and husband Carey Hart (46) sell their beach house in Malibu for almost 14 million dollars. The singer and former motocross rider were forced to drop the price. They actually wanted to get rid of the property just a few months following buying it. But nobody wanted to pay the desired $ 15 million for it. Now the white villa with a view of the sea is cheaper.
They had bought the property last year for less than $ 14 million, which according to “Dirt” was too much anyway. The previous owner, a Los Angeles dentist, had paid five million less for the mansion just a year earlier while renovating it.
Sea views and private beach access
The pop star’s modern property is right on the beach and offers stunning sea views from both the balcony and through the massive glass windows. It offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a master suite for the homeowners with two walk-in closets.

In addition, the renovated beach house comes with a separate guest house, two stairs lead to the quiet courtyard with barbecue and jacuzzi. After the meal under olive trees and the open sky, a private access leads to the beach.
Pink actually stays true to Malibu
Pink has been married to former racing driver Carey Hart since 2006. In 2015, the two moved from Malibu to Santa Barbara because the pop star wanted to live more rurally. However, Pink has always owned at least vacation homes in the coastal community of Malibu.
In 2016, she sold her property in Point Dume, north of the Malibu coast, to prominent French banker Matthieu Pigasse (54) for $12.5 million. Pink then moved with her family to a rented house in the gated enclave of Malibu Colony. Five years later, she and her husband had purchased the now-for-sale Malibu mansion in the coastal community.
