Thiruvananthapuram: CPI criticizes branding of LDF government as ‘Pinarai government’. Such criticism was raised in the Thiruvananthapuram district conference. During the public discussion, the delegates opined that this was a practice not seen during the previous Left governments and that the CPI should end the responsibility of maintaining the integrity of the LDF.

At the meeting yesterday, the delegates had severely criticized party state secretary Kanam Rajendran and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. When MM Mani criticized Ani Raja, the criticism was that Kanam Rajendran was not a corrective force.
