The judicial review of Pierre Palmade had been reduced in early June and the comedian had been able to leave the Bordeaux hospital in which he was treated for his addiction problems. But a month later, the comedian is back in the care facility.
The 55-year-old comedian is back in the addictology department of Bordeaux hospital at his request, reveals BFM TV. Did he still feel too fragile to live outside the hospital setting? Was he afraid to dive back? We do not know for the moment, but Pierre Palmade in any case no longer had the obligation to be followed on a daily basis and he obviously decided that it was necessary.
Saturday, June 24, the comedian had been seen in a nightclub in Bordeaux. He had every right to do so, but his presence in a place where drugs could circulate could cause concern.
Still indicted for manslaughter for the terrible road accident he caused last February, Pierre Palmade remains subject to several legal obligations. He has no right to drive, no right to leave the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region or to come into contact with the victims or other protagonists of the accident.
