On the eve of a decisive hearing for the future of Pierre Palmade – the chamber of instruction of Paris must decide this Friday the debate on his possible imprisonment – here is a new potentially embarrassing legal advance for the 54-year-old actor. According to our information, investigators from the Brigade for the Protection of Minors (BPM) in Paris discovered files of a child pornography nature on one of the comedian’s computers, seized during searches at his Parisian home and in Seine-et- Marl.
In the followingmath, a 40-year-old man, close to Pierre Palmade, was arrested this Thursday morning and placed in police custody at the BPM. His home was also searched. The police are indeed trying to find out if the compromising documents belong to the comedian or if they are not the property of this friend, who would also have used the famous computer.

Contacted, the Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed the existence of this police custody, without further comment. “It is likely to be extended and no other element can be communicated so as not to harm the continuation of the investigations”, specifies the prosecution.
The investigation, opened for “possession of child pornography”, is progressing at high speed. If they have been consulted by Pierre Palmade, these files found on the artist’s computer might confirm the denunciations made by two men in recent days. These two people, who gravitate in the entourage of the comedian and have participated in evenings with him in the past, told investigators that they had seen the comedian viewing child pornography. One of them handed the police videos purporting to show the actor viewing videos sexually depicting children or adolescents, welcoming his impunity. Films being analyzed to verify their authenticity.
Drugs found in search
It is not known at this stage what exactly the potentially criminal files unearthed on Pierre Palmade’s computer show. They would be at least two in number. But the experts also noted that a friend of the comedian had connected to this computer. Hence the placement in police custody of this 40-year-old man who lives in Paris.
The suspect would have used the comedian’s computer at least once. As it stands, the comedian has not yet been questioned by investigators because of his state of health – he is in the process of being weaned for his addiction to cocaine and assigned to a hospital addiction service Paul Brousse in Villejuif (Val-de-Marne) since the serious accident he caused on February 10.

According to our information, during the search at the home of Pierre Palmade’s friend, the police also seized drugs – 3MMC, a derivative of cocaine – as well as other synthetic drugs. Products used in particular during “chemsex” evenings, during which participants ingest large quantities of drugs to improve their sexual performance.
The Paris prosecutor’s office has opened an incidental investigation for the possession of this drug, entrusted to the narcotics brigade of the Paris judicial police.
