Emmanuel Macron proposes to pass the baton to the social partners to end the conflict over pensions, with negotiations around work. Does the candidate for the presidency of the Medef that you are approve of the method?

I fundamentally believe in social dialogue, and it seems crucial to me to give it back its rightful place. But if that has to translate into supervised negotiations, where the State fixes the specifications and the results in advance, as has happened in the recent past, that would make no sense. Unfortunately, I fear that the software has not completely changed on the executive side.
