Piacenza Approves Redevelopment Plan for Franzanti Sports Center
The Municipality of Piacenza has taken a significant step toward revitalizing its sports facilities by approving the technical and economic feasibility project for the redevelopment and management of the Franzanti Sports Center. The Municipality of Piacenza, determined to ensure the project’s success, has secured a loan from the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo e Culturale Spa. This loan, taking advantage of a reduced interest rate program designed for local authorities, will cover a significant portion of the project costs, with the municipality providing the remaining funds.

The loan will be amortized over a period of 15 years, with payments beginning in January 2026. The corresponding sums are already accounted for in the municipality’s financial forecasts for 2024-2026.
