At the dawn of its three years, the third-generation Hyundai i10 receives the traditional mid-career facelift. In the process, the Korean benefits from a reworked style and enriched equipment. Nothing to report under the hood, however.

Hyundai persists and signs. While the majority of manufacturers have discontinued micro-city cars, the Korean brand has confirmed that the Hyundai i10 will not disappear. A fourth generation is indeed planned for 2026. In the meantime, it’s time for the current version to receive its mid-career restyling. Which obviously remains moderate. In the grille, we notice daytime running lights with a revised design in the shape of honeycombs. At the rear, the light signature also differs by adopting LED lighting. On the personalization side, the smallest of the Hyundais offers more possibilities with a new set of 15-inch rims accompanied by two new colors (a pearly gray and an opalescent blue).

A little more digital on board

On board, the Hyundai i10 also offers an optional pack covering the tartan seats with purple lines, a color that is also found at the level of the topstitching and the contours of the ventilation nozzles. Blue mood lighting enhances the nighttime ambience. In terms of connectivity, the city car puts the dishes in the big ones by integrating as standard a 4.2-inch digital instrumentation accompanied by USB-C sockets in the front seats..

The 8-inch touchscreen remains identical to that of the current model, with Apple CarPlay – wireless – and Android Auto connectivity. Driving aids are reinforced, with the arrival of automatic emergency braking now detecting cyclists. Note also the presence of lane keeping assistance as well as the rear passenger presence reminder detecting if a door has been opened during a journey. For those who want to give more spice to their Hyundai i10, the N Line version is renewed with a specific body kit, 16-inch rims and red accents on board..
