Petrol and diesel prices have been hiked in the country today. Petrol price has been hiked by 32 paise per liter and diesel by 37 paise per liter. In Kochi, petrol was priced at Rs 108.34 and diesel at Rs 96.05.
There has been a steady rise in fuel prices over the past few days. The price hike was halted from November 4 ahead of assembly elections in five states. During this period, the price of crude oil increased by $ 30 per barrel.
