Former Ukrainian President and leader of the European Solidarity Party Petro Poroshenko earned more than $1.3 million from purchasing more than $4.1 million in war bonds that Ukrainians donated to his “Poroshenko Charitable Fund” to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). ). The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) recommended that the Verkhovna Rada not allow Poroshenko to leave the country. Allegedly, Russian intelligence services can use meetings of Ukrainian politicians in their interests, the department’s telegram channel says. The SBU intends to contact the office of the President of Ukraine with a recommendation to take into account the opinion of the SBU when coordinating foreign trips of Ukrainian delegations, writes RT.
