This time, it is the Leclerc brand which, as a distributor, markets smoked salmon “Highlands of Scotland” of the “Petit Navire” brand. A product that has been recalled since December 16 warns the government website RappelConso this Tuesday, December 20.
These 300g salmon wafers (10 slices) have a labeling anomaly. “There are two different DLCs on the product. The compliant DLC is 04/01/2023, located on the back of the packaging”, specifies Rappel Conso which recommends “no longer consuming, no longer using the product, returning the product to the point of sale”.
Contaminated capons?
Regarding the capons of the Gaulois Professionnel, they might be contaminated with listeria. Several copies of a product containing 2.5 kg of sautéed capon, marketed by Metro, Guillot-Cobreda and Palmidor, are affected by this recall. Three lots were withdrawn from the shelves: 0362011368, 0362011538 and 0362011291. Capon legs are also recalled (lots 0362011290, 0362011369 and 0362011292). They were marketed by Maison Farret, Rampal, Guillot-Cobreda and Metro.
It is strongly advised not to consume these products, since listeriosis is a potentially serious disease causing fever, headaches and body aches.
