Peter Therkildsen, 25, is ready for Djurgården.
The Danish slope comes closest from Haugesund.
The contract is written until the summer of 2027.
The 190 centimeter tall Dane Peter Therkildsen has played football in the Norwegian top league for Haugesund for three seasons.
Now the 25-year-old is ready for Djurgården.
– It was an easy decision for me and I have had a good dialogue with Bosse (Andersson) all the way. I know that Djurgården is one of the big teams in Sweden and the whole of Scandinavia, so when I got the opportunity to play here it wasn’t much to think regarding, explains Peter, who has acquired a little extra insight into his new home, he says in a press release.
The contract is written until the summer of 2027.
Versatile
Therkildsen is versatile and can play in several positions. But basically he is a back.
– I always try to do my best wherever I am placed on the pitch. Mostly I’ve played centrally when I was younger and more recently I’ve played more as a wingback or fullback. But as I said, I play where the coaches want me and take it from there, he says.
After Samuel Leach Holm, Deniz Hümmet, Miro Tenho, Albin Ekdal and Malkolm Nilsson Säfqvist, Therkildsen is Djurgården’s sixth winter signing.
