The veterinarians decided to save the dog. After a lengthy operation, the veterinarians removed 18 pieces of bone from the dog’s head. The condition is stable but not beyond the critical period. Mak Chi Ho said that he has reported the incident to the police, “I am quite confident that the police have attached great importance to animal cases in the past two years.”
