Peshawar Zalmi defeated Quetta Gladiators to reach the play-off stage

Despite Aqeel Hussain’s hat-trick in the ninth edition of Pakistan Super League, Peshawar Zalmi defeated Quetta Gladiators by 76 runs and reached the play-off stage.

In the match played in Rawalpindi, Quetta Gladiators won the toss and invited Peshawar Zalmi to bat first and this decision proved wrong.

Peshawar Zalmi took an aggressive approach and scored 46 runs in 3.3 overs thanks to Saeem Ayub who hit 30 runs off 12 balls with 3 sixes but Sohail Khan ended his innings on the same score. Abolished.
