The Peshawar High Court has granted bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Zartaj Gul and prevented him from being arrested in any case.
Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Ibrahim Khan heard the bail application of Zartaj Gul on emergency basis in room number one of the High Court.
On this occasion, CCPO Peshawar and SSP Operations appeared in the court.

CCPO Peshawar told the court that Zartaj Gul is not wanted in any case and will not arrest us.
Chief Justice Ibrahim Khan said that if any of our lawyers are wronged, I will hold a court even at 3 o’clock in the night.
On this occasion, the petitioner Zartaj Gul said that even if you grant me bail, they will arrest me, on which the Chief Justice said that if they arrest you, then let me know and let their IG know.
After that, the court granted bail to Zartaj Gul and ordered that Zartaj Gul not be arrested in any case.
The court ordered Zartaj Gul to deposit a bond of one lakh rupees by 12 noon tomorrow, after which Zartaj Gul left the High Court.
The Chief Justice formed a committee under the chairmanship of his PSO, in which the policemen who misbehaved with the lawyers were ordered to appear.
The CCPO and SSP operations were also directed to appear in the committee and asked to take action against the police personnel on the evidence of the lawyers.
I will not go out of the High Court until I get bail, Zartaj Gul
Earlier, PTI leader Zartaj Gul reached the Peshawar High Court seeking bail and claimed that police personnel were posted outside the High Court to arrest him.
He said that the election is in full swing at the moment but my nomination papers have been rejected.
He said that I have come to surrender before the Peshawar High Court since this morning and if you want me to condemn May 9, then I apologize for the events of May 9.
The PTI leader further said that how can I insult martyrs, my own brother was martyred in Waziristan after 9/11 attacks, martyrs have a high place in my heart.
He said that the court granted bail to Iman Tahir, yet he was arrested and I will not go out of the High Court until I get bail from the court.
