WHO IS SONNE?
Oliver Sonne currently plays in the Silkeborg IF from Danish First Division, country where he was born. He is the grandson of Elsa Christensen, Peruvian by birth, so Oliver is eligible to play for the national team.
He is 1.84 meters tall and works as a right back, although he can also play on the left wing. However, in recent games he has played as a marker on the right wing and has done it in a great way.
What Oliver must do to play with Peru is to regularize his documentation. First that his grandmother has his Peruvian papers up to date, then his mother’s naturalization and later his own. They already started doing this process, according to the mother herself.
“Grandma Elsa Christiansen talked to us and told us that Oliver’s nationality might come out in three months. Her mother has also told us that procedures have begun and that they might have the player’s Peruvian nationality in three months ”revealed journalist Eddie Fleischman.
It is expected that in three months the issue will be regularized if the process is accelerated, since there is no embassy in Denmark and it has to be done in Sweden. After that, a possible call can be considered.
