PERTAMINA Enduro VR46 Racing Team officially becomes Ducati’s main satellite team in MotoGP racing events starting in 2025.
“I am proud to announce that starting next year, Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team will be Ducati’s main satellite team in MotoGP. We will be on the race track with official bikes and GP24,” said Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team Director, Alessio Salucci, in an official statement, quoted Monday (5/8).
An agreement has been signed between both parties, the team from Tavullia, Italy and Ducati.
Three years after making its debut in the premier class, Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team will become Ducati’s main satellite team from 2025, with a multi-year contract.
Valentino Rossi’s team replaces Pramac Racing, which previously worked with Ducati for almost two decades, starting
in 2005. At this time, Pramac Racing decided to join Yamaha.
With this multi-year agreement, VR46 will receive official Ducati Desmosedici GP bikes and motorcycles and enjoy the support of new technical staff from Ducati.

“This is a very meaningful moment for the whole team, achieving this result in just three years, with a young team, with a lot of talent.
“Having been with us since Moto3, is something extraordinary,” said Salucci.
In the 2024 MotoGP event, the Pertamina Enduro VR46 team has two racers, namely Fabio Di Giannantonio and Marco Bezzecchi.
The pair have been a commanding duo since their debut in 2022, solidifying with three wins in 2023 and a key contribution as a team to the points haul that won the Constructors’ Championship that same year.
“We have a challenging year ahead of us, but we can’t wait to test ourselves and try to achieve
more ambitious results,” Salucci concluded. (Ant/Z-1)
