At the Göttingen service provider Arineo some things are different than with other service providers. They also work hard there, but the concepts of “collegial organization” and the “employee-owned company” are almost unique. Any Heubuch was appointed to the Board of Directors of TechniData IT AG as Co-CFO on July 1st. By the end of the year she will be together with Jörg von Scheidt lead the finance department. Oliver Tuszik came to Cisco from Computacenter ten years ago: On July 1, 2013, he took over the position of Head of Germany. Kevin Mitnick died at the age of 59.

Died in July 2023 at the age of 59 Kevin David Mitnick. He rose to prominence as a hacker in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Apparently he managed to penetrate the networks of the NSA and the US Department of Defense several times. During that time he was twice sentenced to imprisonment. However, Mitnick was not “evil” in the true sense. He proved that when his “wild years” were over. In his book “The Art of Deception” he explained techniques for social engineering and described how companies can protect themselves once morest it. He also founded a consulting company that helps companies to protect themselves from such attacks and was most recently “Chief Hacking Officer” at KnowBe4, a provider of security awareness training that is also active in Germany.
