The Perseus Operating Group (“Perseus”) of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Matrix Sistemas e Serviços Ltda. (“Matrix”), market leader in information systems for clinical laboratories in the Brazilian healthcare sector.
The acquisition is Perseus’ first in Brazil, having already established a strong presence in the healthcare sector in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the European Union. Matrix marks Perseus’ 8th acquisition in the healthcare sector. This acquisition will be included in Perseus’ newly formed Miram Solutions portfolio (“Miram”). Miram also owns Constellation Kidney Group, a leading provider of kidney care software solutions.
