RS. confessed to the crime and revealed that he planned the operation and split the money with his accomplices. He also admitted to stealing 30 motorcycles from various locations in Mount Lebanon and selling them inside Burj al-Barajneh camp. Upon his arrest, RS. was found to have a military pistol and some of the stolen money in his possession. On 3/19/2023, and following a short period of monitoring and follow-up, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate in the Chiyah area arrested the citizen (RS.), who was the mastermind of the armed robbery he had carried out with others on the OMT center in the Hazmieh area on 3/16. / 2023, and he admitted that he planned the operation and shared the money with his partners. He also admitted to stealing 30 motorcycles from different areas in Mount Lebanon and selling them inside Burj al-Barajneh camp, and he was seized with a military pistol and part of the stolen money.
An investigation has been launched with the arrested person under the supervision of the competent judiciary, and follow-up is underway to arrest the rest of those involved.
