Drink a large amount of water daily

As for the number of cups, it should be noted that on average adults need 8 to 12 cups of water per day, so getting rid of excess salts in the body may need to increase the number of cups more than this limit.
And if you forget to drink water, it is best to fill a bottle and carry it around to make sure you get enough water throughout the day.
Eat foods rich in water
In addition to drinking more than 12 glasses of water per day, other methods must be followed to help flush out salts from the body, including eating water-rich foods.
