In the clip, the shop owner, following cleaning up the glasses of sugarcane juice, left it behind instead of throwing away the excess water. When a new customer comes to buy sugarcane juice, this person takes the old glass of water, spreads it evenly among the cups, then pours in new water and resells it to the customers. Even straws are reused by washing, not replacing.
